How we make an emotional feeling?

Emotions, in the more restricted sense, are psycho-physical momentary reactions. Feelings encompass emotions, but add them more time. How? When feelings are associating with a thought, imposing a Psychological Significance.

The formula that builds the feeling is:

EMOTIONS + Thought = EMOTIONAL FEELING

(physical activation) + (cognitive label) = emotional feeling

For example, when you enter a room where there is a group of people and everyone laughs, you have an emotional physical response (activation) and you can think of many things:

I've been a fool = you will feel shame

They're having fun, we'll have a good one = you will feel joy

They're rude = you will feel anger

I think they like me because they were glad when they saw me.

Most times, what we feel depends on what 'we decided' to think. As a result, we can control to some extent how we feel you through thought. This 'somewhat' is limited because in real life we have preconceived ideas of objects and people, and thinking differently requires changing attitudes, but is no an easy task.
